	I highly recommend the work done by Albert Walker, for any yard work or landscaping project of any kind. He is always on time, punctual, and has extremely fair prices, tons of imagination and creativity. Explain what you need done, and with very little guidance, he comes up with the most feasible plans for your house and yard design. Whether starting from scratch or adding into existing landscaping, the ideas he offers seem to be endless, from very simple to extremely extravagant. I tell him what I need done, and stand back and let him have full reign, knowing I will be completely satisfied with the end result. He is very honest and fair with his estimates and time to complete the job. If any snags or delays occur, he gives plenty of notice and explanation. 	I have lived in my house for ten years and on one side of my basement every time it rained the basement would leak. It did not matter whether it was a light or heavy rain it would leak. This last summer Avant Gardens Landscaping installed a French drain on that side of the house. Just a few days later we had a heavy rain, I kept running down to the basement to see if it was leaking, again and again I made the trip down to the basement and much to my amazement I had no water on that side of the basement. I wish I wouldn't have waited ten years to have this installed. Darren Young
